Razzberry mania - Smoothie

You should choose organic rasberries as they have much more antioxidants in them than non-organic. Furhter there are studies showing that rasberries has the potential to improve management of obesity. 
Ingredients:
·         1 c. frozen raspberries
·         1/2 c. Frozen Mango
·         1/2 c. pineapple
·         1 c. coconut milk

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in the blender and keep blending until it gets smooth, it serves 2. Garnish with more rasberries.  
TIPS!
What kind of sweetening can you use in your smoothies?
Liquids: Almond milk, cashew milk, coconut water, fresh juices and honey
Fruits: Berries, bananas, melons, mangoes, peaches, nectarines and apricots
                                      Herbs and Spices: Vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg
