Banana And Pineapple Smoothie
Banana and Pineapple Smoothie is really nice for breakfast.
It is nice refreshing instead of fry-up or cereal or toast or just nice
healthier alternative to breakfast.
Three ingredients for this which are:
1- Vanilla yogurt (250ml)
2-
Tin of chunks of
pineapple (250g)
3-
One banana
The first thing you want to do is open up the tin of
pineapple, next peel the banana and chop it into bits it doesn’t really matter
what size just chop it up. Then open up the vanilla yogurt, next pour all of
these ingredients into a blender, then blend until smooth.
