How to make youre smoothie healthy


Smoothies serve as both breakfast, snack and could replace some meals if you have the right ingredients. The smoothie will be extra healthy if you mix in pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, crushed flax seeds, or berries like: goji, sea urchin, pomegranate or blueberries. Chopped spinach, kale and other similar green vegetables are full of antioxidants.


Here is a list of vegetables that you can use to boost youre smoothie:

-       Baby spinach, frozen spinach, rucola salad, green salad, cabbage, carrots and beetroot

-       All fresh green herbs such as leaf spinach, basil, oregano, thyme, basil, chives, rosemary and dill

-       All cabbage plants such as broccoli, Brussels sprouts, savoy cabbage, cauliflower and cauliflower

-       Other vegetables: sugar peas, frozen peas, haricot verts, asparagus, green pepper, leek, green squash, avocado, sprouts, cucumber and celery
