How To Make A Strawberry Smoothie?


strawberries are one of the healthiest fruits that you can eat they are rich in vitamin C and iron and can help to lower cholesterol.




Step1: you will need:


250g Strawberries

250ml plain yoghurt

150ml skimmed milk

8 ice cubes


You will also need the following utensils:


- Greaseproof paper
- Baking tray
- Measuring jug
- Blender
- Spatula
- Serving glass


Step2: Strawberries:


1- Remove the stalks from strawberry.
2-Freeze the strawberries in advance by laying them out on greaseproof paper in a baking tray and put them in the freezer.




Step3: Blender


Put 150ml slimmed milk and 250kl plain yoghurt into a blender. Then add 250g of Strawberries and 8ice cubes into a blender. Then blend until smooth.
