Blueberry- boost smoothie
There are
studies showing that antioxidants and phytochemicals In blueberrys might have a
good impact on congitive functions. Frozen berries together
with one banana makes a nice texture plus a nutty taste from the almond milk. Enjoy!
Ingredients:

1 c. Almond milk

1 fresh ripe banana
·
½ c. frozen rasberries
Directions:
Blend almond milk together with the banana, then
add frozen blueberries + half a cup rasberries. Blend it until it gets smooth. This
recipe serves 2. Ingredients you also can add instead of a banana to
get a nice texture: nut butters, avocado, cooked oatmeal and greek yogurt.
