How to get the right proportions
Start with
adding liquid into the blender (before adding fruit), 2 mugs of liquid is
appropriate. The liquid base can be either; milk, dairee free alternatives such
as almondmilk, yogurt or different juices. After adding the liquid base, add
three quarters of a mug of the chosen fruit/berry. Depending on the chosen
fruit you might have to add more liquid. Banana is a good base to get a nice
texture and for extra flavor add any other fruit. Depending on the fruit you
also might need to add a dash of honey or any syrup to get a sweet taste. Lastly,
add ice cubes into the blender or else use frozen fruit so the smoothie gets
frosty.
