Banana And Pineapple Smoothie

Banana And Pineapple Smoothie Banana and Pineapple Smoothie is really nice for breakfast. It is nice refreshing instead of fry-up or cereal or toast or just nice healthier alternative to breakfast. Three ingredients for this which are: 1-         Vanilla yogurt (250ml) 2-       Tin of chunks of pineapple (250g) 3-       One banana The first thing you want to do is open up the tin of pineapple, next peel the banana and chop it into bits it doesn’t really matter what size just chop it up. Then open up the vanilla yogurt, next pour all of these ingredients into a blender, then blend until smooth.

Pistachio Ice Cream Kale Green Smoothie Shake

Pistachio Ice Cream Kale Green Smoothie Shake: For those who want something that tastes like a dessert, satisfies like a meal, and nourishes like a plate full of greens, this pistachio ice cream kale smoothie may just be perfect. And, did we mention that it’s completely vegan? Ingredients ¼ cup milk substitute OR filtered water ½ tsp ginger (finely minced) 2 bananas 1 cup kale leaves (chopped) ½ cup pistachios, hazelnuts, and/or raw cashews 1 tsp vanilla extract 3 tbsp agave nectar OR raw dates (pitted, chopped) 1 pinch salt 2 cups ice Directions: Combine all ingredients together in a blender. Blend on high until smooth. If using frozen bananas, consider reducing the amount of ice to 1 cup. ENJOY

Kale smoothie

How to make a kale smoothie: Ingredients 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened) ½ cup pineapple juice 1 cup kale (chopped, packed) ½ cup fresh pineapple (diced) 1 banana Steps: Gather the ingredients place in blender Combine all ingredients and blend on high until smooth. ENJOY AND DRINK.

Pineapple & Coconut Smoothie Thailand is full of sun and beaches and the most wonderful destinations. I think it is really important that we acknowledge the wonderful drinks that Thai people make, because of all the incredible fresh fruits. There is a common smoothie drink in Thailand which is Pineapple and Coconut Smoothie, which this post is about how to make this delicious smoothie.   Here is what you need:   One cup of fresh pineapple A few mint leaves A little bit of lime juice Two spoon of sweetness condensed coconut milk ¼ of a can of coconut milk 8 ice cubes         Put all these ingredients into a blender and then blend until smooth.

Green juice is very good for people who have health trouble digesting because as human get older their digestion slows down and it is better for them to add more nutrients in their diet, in this case green juice is very helpful. On the other hand, green smoothie is very good for young people, because smoothie contains fiber and this give them more potential for nutrients, also making smoothie are easy it can be made at home so juices are more costly than smoothies. How to make Green Smoothie? What you will need: 1 cup frozen mango 1 cup frozen pineapple 1 apple 1 pear 1 banana 1 bowl of spinach 1 stalk of celery Handful of parsley 1 tall glass of organic coconut water Throw all these ingredients into a blender and then blend until smooth.  

General smoothie-tips

1. Prepare. If you are thinking about maximizing nutritional intake, it is certainly best to drink the smoothie immediately when it is made. But for convenience, you can actually prepare smoothie and store in the fridge. Then you only have to get a fresh and good drink when you feel you need to refill energy. 2. Flavored ice. Frozen ice cubes with fruit and vegetable juices, milk and tea. Use them instead of clean ice the next time you want to flavor or vitamin-boost your beverage. 3. Freeze the vegetables. It's not everyone who likes to have vegetables in the smoothie. But, it's smart to freeze the vegetables you want. For example, if you add frozen broccoli or cauliflower, you will get rid of the unwanted and strong flavors.
